Yes. Upgrade from Lite to Pro anytime — your existing data carries over and you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at your renewal date so you keep your Pro features until then.

No — only yearly. We keep prices low (RM 88/year ≈ RM 7.30/month, RM 148/year ≈ RM 12.30/month) by avoiding monthly billing overhead. You can cancel anytime and get a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

No, the physical NFC card is sold separately at RM 79 per card. Your subscription gives you the digital card and dashboard — the NFC card is an optional accessory if you want a tangible card to hand out.

We process all payments via Stripe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We invoice in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and provide tax-compliant invoices.
